Cancellation and payment conditions
The following conditions are valid for groups of more than 8 people
MENU SELECTION
We are happy to assist you in choosing the composition of the menu and beverages.
It is desirable to choose the SAME menu for everyone. It is also possible to choose two menus, but the number of people choosing Menu A and Menu B must be communicated one week in advance.
Please inform us in good time if there are people with intolerances or special dietary requirements: our chefs will be happy to propose alternatives.
NUMBER OF GUESTS OR PARTICIPANTS
We kindly ask you to inform us of the number of participants one week before the event. However, it is possible to cancel up to 10% of the participants free of charge until 10:00 a.m. on the day before the event.
The last number of participants communicated to us will be taken into account for billing.
PARKING
Our facility has a limited number of parking spaces. However, several public paid parking spaces are available in Piazza Grande (CHF 2.-/hour) from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
It is possible to request a card at our reception valid for the desired duration (for a fee CHF 2.-/hour).
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
With the confirmation of our offer, a contract is concluded between the client and Tureta.
Conditions:
In case of cancellation of a seminar:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the seminar date
between 29 and 20 days, 50% of the agreed cost will be charged
between 19 and 10 days, 75% of the agreed cost will be charged
between 9 days and 24 hours before the event, 80% of the agreed cost will be charged
on the same day, 100% of the room rental/conference package will be charged
In case of cancellation of a banquet:
• From 6 to 20 expected people: between 9 days and 10:00 a.m. on the day before the event, 50% of the agreed cost will be charged
• Up to 40 people: between 21 days and 10:00 a.m. on the day before the event, 50% of the agreed cost will be charged
• Over 41 people: between 30 days and 10:00 a.m. on the day before the event, 50% of the agreed cost will be charged
• On the same day, 100% of the expected cost will be charged
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS for à la carte reservations for groups of 6 to 10 people
In case of cancellation:
free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date
in case of no-show or late cancellation, CHF 60.-/person will be charged
